Shipping/delivery is only available within Ontario, Canada. Shipping rates are $20 within Ontario.

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Please make sure the shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once they have been sent. In the case of an incorrect shipping address, additional costs will be incurred by the customer.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may occur.

In-Store Pick Up

Free in-store pick up. Pick up time can arranged by appointment- in most cases- within normal business hours of 10am-5pm.

Returns

Due to the nature of our product we do not offer returns.

We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned. Return shipping fees are at the expense of the purchaser.
